Responsibilities

• Project Configuration: Set up and configure Smart Materials projects and modules.
• Functional Support: Assist teams with BOM, requisitions, procurement, and other modules.
• User Management: Create user accounts, assign roles, titles, and privileges.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the focal point for troubleshooting access and configuration issues.
• User Support: Help users understand system behavior and resolve errors.
• Training: Deliver hands-on labs and walkthroughs for administrative tasks.

Education / Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Smart Materials implementation and support roles in EPC projects.
• This role is centered around implementing and managing the full lifecycle of materials in engineering, procurement, and construction projects using Intergraph Smart Materials.Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with Material Management Systems
• Ability to manage integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and Oracle APEX
• Knowledge in Smart Material Interfaces and Modules
