Responsibilities

• Team member of a team of legal experts,
• Legal advice to individual country companies or subdivisions, in particular for IT-related projects,
• Focus on advising on tenders, as well as reviewing, structuring, drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts in the software project area,
• Advising executive management on the operational risk assessment of corporate decisions.

Education / Qualifications

• Qualification as a legal expert (m/f/d) and professional experience in the legal support of business projects,
• Business fluent in English,
• Other European languages (e.g. Dutch, French or German) desirable and an advantage,
• Good communication and rhetorical skills,
• Analytical, conceptual and results-oriented way of working as well as an understanding of business contexts,
• Pragmatic way of working and willingness to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar and complex issues,
• Strong ability to work in a team,
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
