Responsibilities
We are seeking to hire a Contracts Renewal Administrator in Minatomirai, Yokohama, Japan.
As the Contracts Renewal Administrator you will be responsible for order processing, renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts for assigned regions or accounts. Increases renewal sales for assigned region or account(s).
- Facilitate efficient and accurate processing of orders.
- Manage of all maintenance and renewal processes spanning maintenance renewals and related reporting, customer database management, generation of licence keys and quick order processing.
- Provide information to customers that they need to renew their software agreement without delay.
- Renewal of contracts.
- Keep accurate records for all Accounts within the Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division and CRM system.
- Maintain contracts registered.
- Distribution of all Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division software orders. Work directly with the customer to ensure their order is shipped to them without delay.
- Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements.
- Maintain account team relationships and transfers leads as appropriate.
Education / Qualifications
- Native level Japanese fluency & Business level English (mainly email and conversation are welcome)
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of admin / customer support working experience
- Excellent Administration skills – excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use well-developed communication and social skills to persuade and influence the views of potential clients
- Ability to deal with clients at all levels, identify client needs and translate those needs into solutions
- Ability to adapt readily to changes in customer requirements
- Builds rapport with customers on a regular basis and cultivates work-related personal relationships
