Responsibilities
In this position, individuals are responsible for the setup, installation, configuration, customization, and integration of technical solutions, applications, and process designs for clients purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. Individuals in this position work independently and lead complex implementation and integration projects, ensuring that solutions are optimally designed, deployed, and aligned with client requirements and enterprise environments. This includes Safety, Infrastructure and Geospatial (SIG) solutions that help protect people, assets and critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities include:
• Works directly with clients to lead end-to-end implementation and integration activities, including system setup, configuration, data mapping, and transfer.
• Designs and implements solution architectures that integrate with client systems, APIs, and data sources to ensure seamless interoperability. This covers video, access control, sensors, IoT devices and geospatial data.
• Leads Protect projects that add safety and security to a client's existing environment, and connects them to the client's mapping, asset and operations systems.
• Configures and customizes solutions to meet complex business processes, technical requirements, and integration specifications.
• Oversees and conducts comprehensive system and integration testing to verify functionality, security, and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoots and resolves advanced implementation or integration issues, coordinating with product and engineering teams as required.
• Develops detailed project documentation, including functional designs, configuration standards, integration diagrams, and lessons learned.
• Builds security and Assets protection into designs, including IoT device security and physical security rules.
• Provides expert-level feedback to product, engineering, and professional services teams to drive continuous improvement across solutions and delivery methods.
• Coaches and guides less experienced team members on implementation and integration practices and standards.
• Delivers or facilitates tailored training sessions to support client adoption and understanding of implemented and integrated solutions.
• Works directly with clients on-site or provides project leadership and support remotely. Sites may include critical infrastructure, public safety or industrial facilities.
• Contributes to pre-sales activities such as technical scoping, solution demonstrations, proposal input, and integration design discussions.
Education / Qualifications
• Mastering knowledge on specific solutions
• Building knowledge on multiple products (including how safety, security and geospatial solutions work together)
• Managing client expectations
• Participating in pre-sales
• Crafting business outcome requirements
• Identifying upselling opportunities (including gaps in protection at existing clients)
• Estimating and scoping organization engagements
Experience:
• Experience in geospatial, physical security, public safety, industrial safety or IoT security is a plus. Related experience is fine. We will help you learn the rest.
