Responsibilities

Own ESG reporting and submissions to rating agencies (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP, ISS)

Coordinate data collection across Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations

Ensure timely, accurate submissions and manage follow-ups to improve ESG scores

Track ESG ratings and identify improvement opportunities

Collect and validate ESG metrics across the organization

Support ESG disclosures and annual reporting

Ensure alignment with frameworks (e.g., TCFD, CSRD, GRI)

Contribute to investor materials (presentations, scripts, ESG content)

Translate ESG data into clear insights for stakeholders

Education / Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in an ESG role, preferably within the software or broader technology industry. Additional experience in Investor Relations or Corporate Finance also a positive.
- Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior leaders and divisional teams.
- Research Skills: Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and competitive research into executive summaries.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel (including financial modeling), PowerPoint, and FactSet/Bloomberg. Understanding of major ESG frameworks (e.g., CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, CDP, GRI) and the ability to translate them into internal processes.
- Autonomous Mindset: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and move forward with limited information in a remote environment.
- Collaborative Attitude: Ability to establish solid partnerships across a matrixed organization to build consensus and maintain data integrity.
