Introduction

Octave is looking for a full-time Customer Experience Marketing Manager to join our EMEA regional marketing team. Our customers are our lifeblood, and this versatile role will be responsible for partnering with new Octave public safety customers to ensure engagement and connectivity to the organization from the moment agencies purchase the implementation lifecycle and beyond. This individual will be responsible for enhancing customer marketing programs through 1:1 Account-based Marketing from order to go-live, utilizing best-in-class digital marketing capabilities and events, ultimately fostering customer advocacy at project end.

Responsibilities

· Strong on-time project management

· Hands-on customer event planning, management and execution

· Writing and designing digital assets (emails, forms, landing pages, etc.)

· Develop communication cadence across multiple teams and stakeholders internally and with customer accounts by account persona (using multiple media, including direct mail)

· Important to have a creative mind with the ability to customize graphic design for presentations, web, social, banners, etc.

· Develop a customer advocacy program at the project delivery for speaking engagements, case studies, reference materials and market-facing PR and video projects

· Qualitative and quantitative data capture for project health reviews (KPIs)

Experience / Skills

· At least five (5) years’ experience in marketing and communications

· Customer service and customer success with intentionality

· Highly organized and efficient with proven project management skills - you may need to manage up to 25 concurrent projects

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Event planning, management and execution (NOTE: Must be able to lift and move 10 kg at a time physically. Candidates must be able and willing to set up event spaces, transport boxes and ship items.)

· Pardot, Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge and experience (or similar tools)

· Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, both internal and external

· Must be willing to travel up to 20%

Desirable skills

· Background in public safety software sales or public safety marketing is preferred

· Fluent in English and German, proficiency in Spanish would be a strong plus.
