Responsibilities

This position requires individuals to process orders for materials from sales staff or directly from customers using excellent independent judgment. This position will include processing global sales orders, managing assets and license generation requests.

• Ensures pricing, quantities, and terms are accurate per established business policies.
• May issue price quotations.
• Coordinates with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and software licensing.
• Ensures all corporate export policies are followed, which includes performing Export Screening and processing Export Checklists.
• Maintains detailed and accurate sales records to show evidence of compliance to audit requirements associated with tasks.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert across multiple disciplines.
• Responsible for training, mentoring, and developing colleagues.
• Leader in internal processes and tasks, recommending new approaches and solutions to ensure quality and productivity.
