Responsibilities

Octave is seeking a Global Content Manager to drive alignment between BricsCAD content and overall business strategy, ensuring content initiatives directly support KPI's and growth objectives. This role designs and coordinates the BricsCAD content ecosystem across teams, regions, and channels to ensure content is created with a clear business purpose and measurable impact.

As the market shifts toward AI-driven discovery, this role evolves BricsCAD’s content strategy to balance traditional SEO with emerging AI Optimization (AIO). The Global Content Manager ensures BricsCAD content is discoverable across both search engines and AI platforms.

Operating horizontally across Product Management, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, Learning & Development, Technical Support and Translation, and regional marketing teams, this role provides the cross-functional visibility and mandate to align content across the full customer journey. It exists to eliminate duplication, inconsistency, and siloed content production, ensuring the right content is developed in support of BricsCAD’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:

· Establish and lead a global content strategy tied to GTM priorities.

· Ensure content is optimized for both traditional search (SEO) and emerging AI-driven discovery (AIO), improving visibility in search engines and AI-generated results.

· Act as a coordinator across Product Management, Product Marketing, Global Marketing, Pre‑Sales, Learning & Development, Technical Support, Translation, and regional marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with the content strategy.

· Use analytics tools to track content performance, identify trends, and optimize content for engagement and conversions.

· Conduct regular content audits to identify duplication, misalignment, and outdated assets.

Education / Qualifications

· 5–7+ years in content strategy, content operations, product marketing, or related field.

· Experience with search intent, SEO, and top-of-funnel content development.

· Working knowledge of how content is discovered in AI-driven environments and how this impacts content strategy.

· Familiarity with analytics, SEO tools, or other content measurement tools.

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect content performance to business outcomes.

· Highly collaborative and skilled at navigating matrixed organizations.

· Proven experience building or managing content frameworks.

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills.

· Understanding of CAD software, engineering tools, or technical software products is an asset.
