Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for a creative Graphic and Motion Designer to join our global Marketing team. Your mission as a visual storyteller is to create eye-catching visual designs in multiple formats that serve to enhance our brand message and help BricsCAD stand out.
As a part of our dynamic creative team, you will deliver compelling visual and motion graphics across a diverse range of media. You will be an integral collaborator with our Central Marketing Team including the Content, Performance, Social Media and Web teams, creating engaging brand, promotional and social media assets, as well as sales enablement materials while adhering to the Octave brand style guide. A strong understanding of design best practices, proficiency in design tools, and the aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Graphic and Motion Designer, you will create high-quality design assets that support marketing campaigns, product storytelling, and brand consistency across channels. You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager within the Central Marketing Team.
Marketing Collaboration:
• Design visual assets for digital campaigns and webinars, including email, social media, paid ads, promotional materials, and sales enablement assets.
• Created event design assets, including booths, banners, and collateral to support in-person events.
• Support documentation processes with visually engaging guides and related design needs.
• Collaborate with our existing video creator, providing task coverage when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain a design system and a process to support regional localization of assets.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring creative assets across all channels align with Octave's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Motion Visual Assets Creation:
• Design compelling elements for events, including booth designs and promotional items.
Performance Team Collaborations:
• Create captivating display/banner paid ads to boost campaign performance.
• Thumbnails for YouTube Videos
• Social Paid Banner ads design.
Social Media Contributions:
• Develop dynamic social media assets, including static banners, carousels, infographics, and animated features like GIFs.
Education / Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion design, ideally in B2B or tech.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, etc.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear visual narratives.
• Creative thinker with an eye for great content and a finger on the pulse of the latest design trends.
• Experience working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Skilled at bringing content to life, from concept to delivery, by following a brief or coming up with creative concepts from scratch.
• Knowledge of social media platform design best practices and able to keep up with the latest trends.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for optimizing design creation.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Corporate in-house marketing experience required.
• Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid, international team environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus!

Preferred:
• Degree or qualification in graphic design.
• Previous B2B design experience.
Nice to have:
• Experience with SaaS, engineering, or CAD-related products.
• Basic knowledge of 3D tools or animation workflows.
• Familiarity with performance-driven design (A/B testing, campaign optimization).
