Responsibilities

We are seeking a growth-minded marketing leader to lead our Octave BricsCAD regional marketing teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The role combines global team leadership of 5 regional marketers in Latin America, EMEA, APAC, and Japan with direct responsibility for US field marketing. The role will collaborate closely with regional sales leaders and establish consistent global field marketing processes and KPI tracking. 

 The successful candidate will have a proven record of driving measurable growth, experience in the CAD software industry, and a strong knowledge of direct and partner-led go-to-market models. 

This leader will understand how customers from small and midsize businesses to complex global enterprises evaluate and purchase CAD solutions, including the compelling events and business-value drivers that shape buying decisions. They will lead field marketing for BricsCAD across regions while enabling regional teams to respond effectively to local markets and customers. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead regional field marketing teams, strengthen organizational capability, and promote shared learning across regions. 
  • Align regional marketing priorities with the global business strategy, growth goals, and OKRs. 
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to create demand and support revenue growth across direct and partner-led channels. 
  • Increase partner-sourced pipeline by working with distributors and resellers to strengthen their demand-generation capabilities. 
  • Gather regional intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform global strategy. 
  • Manage regional investment allocations based on strategic priorities, market potential, and performance. 
  • Establish and maintain consistent global field marketing processes, KPI definitions, and reporting standards. 
  • Track and analyze regional marketing performance, reporting on business impact, key insights, and recommended actions. 

 

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-technology product companies, including significant leadership experience. 
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable growth through market development, customer acquisition, or account expansion. 
  • Experience leading teams and managers across multiple geographic regions. 
  • Knowledge of the CAD industry and engineering, construction, or manufacturing markets. 
  • Experience developing and executing integrated regional and global marketing plans. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and connect marketing performance to business outcomes. 
  • Success working with matrixed organizations, partner channels, and direct sales teams. 
  • Fluent English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to EMEA or APAC is an advantage.
