Join our EMIA Marketing team and take the first step in your marketing career.

 

As part of the EMIA Marketing team, you'll support marketing activities across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. Our long-standing internship program is designed to give students practical experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines. Throughout your internship, you'll work on real projects, develop valuable marketing and communication skills, and receive coaching to help prepare you for your future career.

What you will do

  • Support the organization of campaigns, webinars, events, trade shows, and internal meetings.
  • Create marketing materials using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, in collaboration with our graphic designer.
  • Develop digital marketing assets using platforms such as Pardot (Marketing Automation) and Ceros (interactive content).
  • Conduct internal and external market research.
  • Assist with website updates, shipping and packaging of marketing materials, and other general marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different teams to ensure successful marketing initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team where needed.

Education / Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in digital media, PR/Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, oral and written, is a must; other languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and being a team player are a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a flexible multi-discipline and international environment.
  • Prior working experience is preferred (if abroad that is an advantage).
  • The ability to work with design tools and internet/email marketing tools is a plus.

 

Start date: August 2026

Additional Requirements:

 

  • This internship is only available for those who are currently students and where an internship is part of the educational program. We can only accept candidates for this internship from the European Union or candidates outside of the European Union in possession of a Dutch work and residence permit.
  • Please note that the internship will require working from the office a minimum of four days per week.
  • Once shortlisted, it is important that you have housing and a Dutch social security arranged before the start of the internship. Delays may result in a higher tax rate on the income.
  • Octave does not provide visa sponsorship for this internship.
