Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of customers and construction stakeholders, translating industrial construction workflows into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring features, enhancements, and technical debt are prioritized for maximum value delivery.
- Collaborate with development leads, architects, and UX designers across products to design scalable and user-friendly construction execution solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate construction software systems (e.g., scheduling, engineering, procurement etc) into the overall product strategy.
- Engage with customers, product managers, and business teams to gather feedback and validate product features in real-world construction projects.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in digital construction and Advanced Work Packaging (AWP).
- Track KPIs and product success metrics, ensuring performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
- Participate actively in system reviews, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment between business priorities and development activities.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies (AI/ML, digital twins, Mobile technology, IoT in construction, cloud adoption) and identify opportunities for product innovation.

Education / Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering
Qualification Required:
- 5–9 years of product management or product ownership experience, preferably in Construction technology, EPC, or industrial software solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities to articulate complex ideas clearly across technical and business audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills to align diverse teams toward common goals.
- Familiarity with work packaging and field execution platforms such as iConstruct, Smart Materials, or SmartPlant Construction (SPC) or similar construction management or material management solutions.
- Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills, especially when working with distributed, cross-functional Agile teams.
- Product management Tools: Aha!, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, and MS Teams.
- Experience using data visualization and analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent for construction performance insights.
- Understanding of SaaS, Cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure, for scalable construction and EPC solutions.
