Responsibilities
Public safety computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software is the industry leading product. It delivers superior incident management capabilities in the public safety answering point (PSAP), emergency control room, station, unit, and anywhere responders need to go. With it, emergency services and dispatch centers can improve their performance, deliver better return on their information technology (IT) investments, and provide the public with more responsive and better service.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the features for Dispatch product
- Diagnoses of product failures
- Fixing the product bugs without impact of existing software
- Designs & develops the software according to the customer requirements.
- Interact with other team members based on need
- Works closely with Product Owner and Scrum Master
- Development of technical documentation for product help
Education / Qualifications
- B.E /B.Tech Computer Science Engineering or its equivalent degree having at least 1-4 years of experience
- Experience in C# is highly desirable
- Experience in C++ is preferred
- Experience in .Net development is required
- Experience in Html, css and scripting is preferred
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment
- Experience using AZDO is preferred
- Experience with Relations Database concepts and SQL, ORACLE is preferred
