Responsibilities

In this career-level position, individuals perform complex work linked to organizational goals under minimal supervision and with broad latitude for independent
judgment.

• Is considered highly skilled and proficient in the discipline.
• Assists less experienced peers.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technically complex support issues.
• Interacts with solution development and product ownership teams to give feedback, discuss and document design issues, investigate problems, and develop solutions to meet the technological needs of users.
• Develops technical documents, instructions, and training for internal and external purposes.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of the organization’s products and/or services.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills and effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Accurately documents activities and outcomes.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of at least one Octave solution and its supporting technologies.
• Possesses growing competencies in multiple other Octave solutions.
• Knowledgeable in one or more engineering disciplines within the industry.
• Serves as a key stakeholder to help drive changes and improvements to Octave solutions.
• Facilitates communication and delivery of complex resolutions that require multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Contributes to status updates on critical issues to management.
• Develops strong proficiencies in Customer Relationship Management systems.
• May conduct customer training when required.
