Responsibilities
In this position, individuals are responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory or product line. Work closely with current and prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Do all needed work and actions to reach target year on year
- Priority will be to sell software solutions and related services to prospective customers in Turkey; build a portfolio of clients with focus on mutually- beneficial and long term relationships
- Act as a trusted and respected partner
- Manage sales through forecasting, account strategy, and planning
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
- Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition
- Conduct calls and have personal meetings with customers and prospects
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales
- Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers
- Manage Sales pipeline in CRM system (GoSell)
- Monitor company industry competition, be aware of new products and market conditions to understand customer/prospect specific needs
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, trade fairs, reviewing industry related publications, establish personal network
- Maintain excellent relationship with key stakeholders who will be responsible for Services, Business Development, Marketing activities and resource planning in Turkey
- Conduct work, actions and plans as defined by and agreed with Sales Management (VP of Sales)
- Remain ever swift responsive to and collaborative with Sales Management (VP of Sales) and other internal stakeholders such as Marketing, ADR Team, Special Sales overlay functions such as PAS & EcoSys
- Work actively to do market development, through partners, network of business associates etc. in accordance with the overall Market Plan for Turkey
- Take active part of development of Turkey Market Plan and conduction of all actions here from including being the Lead for all marketing activities in Turkey in collaboration with our marketing team
- Ensure always updated GoSell (CRM system) incl. Pipeline management and all by management defined requirements of good sales conduct, such as NCI, Account Plan reviews, Deal Reviews and Territory Plans
- Ensure special focus on the VIP accounts of Turkey and engage in close and active collaboration with our CSM team about account management for these VIP accounts
- Always work actively to engage in new business leading to new logos
Qualification
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record in key account managing and expansion.
- Mandatory experience in industrial software sales (e.g., manufacturing, energy, asset management, operations).
- Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and influence decision-makers.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts and driving growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models and SaaS metrics.
- Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Performance Management (APM), or Predictive Maintenance is highly desirable.
- Experience in one or more of our key verticals—manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, rail, pharma, energy & utilities—is a strong plus.
