We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to proactively work with assigned customers in EMEA, across our various products, to ensure customer software is up to date so you can obtain the highest possible renewal rates. Bottom-line, you will succeed in this role if you maintain and exceed your target sales goals, support the team's sales goals, and most importantly maintain excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
•    Work collaboratively with everyone… customers, enterprise and strategic accounts, with the focus on meeting the customer expectations and Company’s sales and renewal goals
•    Probe for additional sales opportunities on all customer calls (implied other spaces)
•    Create quotes as defined by our partners and customers for software and hardware
•    Manage CRM database by creating opportunities, maintaining renewals, updating activity records and customer data as required
•    Be the first point of contact for administrative questions in your customer set
•    Answer calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
•    Receive purchase orders and update account status to prepare for processing and billing
•    Manage customer concerns with partners and/or internal parties
•    Learn the Company’s growing product solutions

 

Requirements
•    Experience in sales administrations or Inside sales desired but lateral entry also possible with interest in inside sales or sales administration
•    Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
•    Known for your clear and concise communication skills
•    Must speak fluent German and English
•    Enjoys a positive, can-do work culture
•    Quickly adapting to the different cultures and key drivers within your customer base
•    Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
•    Enjoys working both in the office and from home, with a Company that believes in work live integration
•    Vocational training or bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business
•    Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; strong excel skills
•    Full-time availability
