Responsibilities
Turn finance know-how into smarter digital solutions. We are looking for a curious, analytical person who understands the basics of finance or accounting and is excited to build - or learn to build - practical solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
What you’ll do
- Help design, build, and improve automations for finance and back-office processes using Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Apps
- Create practical solutions that support strong internal controls, audit readiness, and reliable finance operations
- Build and maintain clear, user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards for finance teams and management
- Document processes, solutions, controls, and user instructions in a simple and structured way
- Support well-organized testing, deployment, and change management for new and updated solutions
- Partner with finance, accounting, and back-office colleagues to understand manual work and turn it into efficient digital workflows
- Prepare ad hoc reports and data extracts that support management decisions and audit requests

What makes you a great fit
- You are a student, recent graduate, or early-career professional in finance, accounting, business, economics, data analytics, or a related field
- You understand basic finance or accounting concepts and either have some exposure to Microsoft Power Platform or are motivated to learn it
- You enjoy understanding how a business process works and breaking it down into clear, logical steps
- Basic SQL knowledge is welcome, but a willingness to learn is just as important
- You bring analytical thinking, attention to detail, initiative, and a practical problem-solving mindset
- You communicate confidently in written and spoken English and are comfortable working with different stakeholders
