The Junior Treasury Analyst will support the Treasury team in managing global cash 
management, in-house bank operations, intercompany funding activities, and banking 
infrastructure initiatives. This role is responsible for assisting with bank administration, 
intercompany loan documentation, intercompany transfers, foreign exchange (FX) 
transactions, intercompany netting systems and processes, treasury management system 
administration, and strategic banking projects. The position offers an excellent opportunity 
to gain exposure to global treasury operations, liquidity management, banking 
relationships, and treasury technology. 

Responsibilities

In-House Bank & Intercompany Activities
• Support the administration and daily operations of the company's in-house bank 
structure.
• Prepare and maintain intercompany loan agreements and supporting 
documentation.
• Assist with intercompany funding requests and settlements.
• Initiate and monitor intercompany transfers to support liquidity management and 
working capital needs.
• Maintain accurate records of intercompany balances and transactions.
• Support month-end reporting and reconciliation of intercompany treasury activities.
Treasury Management System (Kyriba)
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Kyriba Treasury 
Management System.
• Support user testing, data validation, system configuration, and documentation 
efforts.
• Help troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders and 
external vendors.
• Maintain treasury reporting and dashboards within Kyriba.
• Support treasury process optimization and automation initiatives.

 

Foreign Exchange & Cash Management
• Assist with the execution and confirmation of FX spot trades under the direction of 
Treasury leadership.
• Monitor FX settlements and ensure timely processing.
• Support daily cash positioning and liquidity reporting activities.
• Assist with cash forecasting and treasury reporting processes.

 

Banking Operations & Connectivity
• Support bank connectivity projects, including testing and implementation of bank 
interfaces.
• Coordinate documentation required for bank account openings, closures, and 
maintenance.
• Support the migration of bank accounts and treasury services to strategic banking 
partners.
• Maintain bank account inventories, signatory records, and treasury documentation.

 

Netting & Settlement Operations
• Support the administration and daily operation of the company's intercompany 
netting program.
• Manage and maintain the Coprocess netting platform, including participant 
onboarding, user administration and system maintenance.
• Coordinate monthly netting cycles and ensure timely submission of intercompany 
invoices and balances.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between netting reports, accounting records, 
and participant submissions.
• Reconcile netting settlements and ensure payments are accurately processed and 
recorded.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to validate intercompany balances and 
settlement activity.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements related to netting 
operations.
• Maintain netting procedures, controls, and supporting documentation to ensure 
compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

 

Treasury Projects & Reporting
• Assist with treasury transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for senior leadership and Finance.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls, and documentation 
requirements.
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

Education / Qualifications

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or 
a related field.


Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Basic understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking 
services.
• Familiarity with foreign exchange transactions and intercompany funding concepts 
is preferred.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems, particularly Kyriba, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across Finance, Accounting, Tax, and 
Banking partners.
