Responsibilities

Individuals in this position plan, develop, and lead projects that support the marketing function to deliver business value and growth.

  • Lead marketing managers to identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities, prepare detailed marketing activity reports, and resolve advanced inquiries from the sales organization.
  • Lead and oversee major projects, recommending strategic actions, planning and scheduling, estimating costs, and ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend transformative marketing opportunities that align with product line objectives and drive overall business growth.
  • Direct and manage trade show activities, website development, and the implementation of forward-thinking marketing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough monitoring and analysis of marketing campaign performance, delivering expert insights and strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Address complex, high-impact issues requiring deep analysis of various factors, exercising advanced judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve optimal results.
  • Establish and maintain a robust network with key contacts both within and outside of their area of expertise, driving cross-functional collaboration and enhancing marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development through guidance and support.
