EcoSys Professional Services Intern

Responsibilities

  • Help build the foundation for an AI-enabled knowledge base for EcoSys services personnel.
  • The intern will help develop and organize a formal EcoSys training plan. This includes documenting current processes, working with team members to gather knowledge, organizing training materials, and creating role-based learning paths and onboarding guidelines.
  • The goal is to build a structured training program that helps new consultants become productive faster and increases billable capacity. The training program will support faster onboarding of new hires in EcoSys COTS and accelerate readiness for the AOS offering. It will also support a clearer career path and talent development within the EcoSys Services team.
  • As part of this work, the intern will learn EcoSys while helping build the program and could become a strong candidate for a future position within the Services organization.
  • The intern will help build a practical estimation tool to improve project planning and estimation accuracy. This includes reviewing past project data, identifying patterns, and creating a simple tool that can be improved over time using input from presales and project teams.
  • The goal is to improve estimation accuracy and capture lessons learned so we can continue improving our project planning and delivery. The intern will gain valuable experience working with real project data and delivery processes and could also become a strong candidate for a future role within the Services organization.
