Responsibilities

Octave's Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to make a significant impact in driving growth in our physical security business unit in North America.

The role is both strategy and execution-focused, with clear guidance and prioritization provided to drive regional demand generation, partner engagement and consistent local delivery of regional campaigns. You will be responsible for implementing field marketing activities that segment and target prospects, customers and partners. This includes developing plans, events, and content, leveraging global and North America marketing frameworks to influence and support revenue growth. You will be responsible for marketing communications, personas and segmentation, account-based marketing, and event/trade show management and other special projects to support growth in our physical security business.

This role reports to the North America Director of Marketing, offering opportunities for professional growth and development within a global marketing environment.

 

What you will do:

Partner & Channel Marketing

· Plan and execute day-to-day partner marketing execution across distributors, resellers, and alliances

· Develop and facilitate co-marketing campaigns and outreach to top customers

· Maintain a structured partner marketing calendar aligned to regional and global priorities

Digital Campaign Execution

· Execute regional digital campaigns, including email, webinars, paid social and content syndication to drive lead generation and retention across the Total Addressable Market (TAM)

· Execute marketing programs using both outbound and inbound tactics and channels

· Build, track and report on campaign performance leveraging Pardot, Salesforce, and Demandbase

· Support lead handover and follow-up processes with sales teams to ensure pipeline velocity

Field Marketing & Events

· Oversee and support planning and execution of regional events such as webinars, partner events, trade shows, and roadshows

· Drive pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up to maximize lead capture and conversion

Marketing Communications & Localization

· Create a cadence of external segmented communications to customers and partners

· Create and update campaign materials, including emails, landing pages, one-pagers, and presentations

· Make light edits to existing assets using Adobe Creative Suite

· Coordinate internal communications to sales and partners on upcoming campaigns and events

· Support local PR opportunities and content syndication (press releases, case studies, articles)

Education / Qualifications

· BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or equivalent

· 5-10+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, either as a single contributor or part of a regional team

· Proven experience managing marketing channels and tactics targeted toward physical security

· Exceptional communication, interpersonal and professional writing skills

· Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams

· Technical Proficiency (Required): Hands-on experience with Pardot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Adobe Creative Suite MS Office

· Well-organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across markets with guidance and support

· Commercial awareness partnered with a creative, problem-solving mindset
