Global Demand Center Intern

Responsibilities

Octave is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Marketing Intern to join our Global Demand Center team. You will work collaboratively, and cross-functionally with the team to support Octave’s integrated marketing campaigns and events across our digital platforms.

  • Build and update campaign landing pages to support paid media initiatives, ensuring best practices and consistent, on-brand user experience
  • Load and manage tagging, metadata, and descriptions for website assets
  • Manage content redirects for retired website pages
  • Assist in implementing promotional and email campaigns to support events and paid programs
  • Support ongoing optimization efforts to improve campaign performance and digital engagement
  • Learn on some AI powered Martech that our clients interact with on the web and campaign experiences

Education / Qualifications

  • Seeking a Bachelor's in Digital Media, PR/Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related field
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and processes
  • Experience with Contentful, Wrike, Ceros and Microsoft Teams

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Characteristics

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of marketing principles
  • Organizational skills and ability to successfully follow through with tasks
  • The candidate must be able to manage several projects and responsibilities at once.
  • Serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines.
  • Must be computer savvy and able to quickly and effectively learn new software or technology
