Responsibilities

Octave is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Solutions Consultant to join our global M365 team. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), as well as delivering and supporting Teams telephony and collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation, process improvement, and Microsoft Teams voice, and will be passionate about enabling business productivity through digital transformation.

• Design, build, and support automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 technologies to streamline business processes.
• Support the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Teams telephony solutions, including call flows, voice policies, and device integration.
• Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for Power Platform and Teams solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to regional IT teams and end users on automation and Teams telephony topics.
• Contribute to the governance and lifecycle management of Power Platform apps and flows, ensuring compliance and security best practices.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Teams telephony updates to recommend improvements and new capabilities.
• Assist with the enablement of citizen developers and promote adoption of low-code/no-code solutions within the business.

Education / Qualifications

Skills and experience

• Proven experience delivering solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams telephony in enterprise environments.
• Good understanding of M365 integration, security, and compliance for automation platforms.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution documentation.
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Power Platform CLI) and API integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work across time zones and collaborate in a global team environment.
