Responsibilities

This position requires individuals to lead and manage the technical activities of the software development function for a software project.

  • Acts as project manager for the assigned software project.
  • Efficiently and effectively manages the division’s resources, including financial resources, human skills, and information technology.
  • Ability to perform high-level design of the architecture of enterprise systems.
  • Acts as a sponsor for the QoS for the assigned software project.
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives.
  • Responsible for planning, execution, and control of the work tasks assigned to the group.
  • Determines and coordinates the assignments of subordinates and provides technical and administrative assistance as needed.
  • Frequently interacts with other managers to ensure coordination of the group’s assignments with other related activities.
