Responsibilities
This position requires individuals to lead and manage the technical activities of the software development function for a software project.
- Acts as project manager for the assigned software project.
- Efficiently and effectively manages the divisionâs resources, including financial resources, human skills, and information technology.
- Ability to perform high-level design of the architecture of enterprise systems.
- Acts as a sponsor for the QoS for the assigned software project.
- Receives assignments in the form of objectives.
- Responsible for planning, execution, and control of the work tasks assigned to the group.
- Determines and coordinates the assignments of subordinates and provides technical and administrative assistance as needed.
- Frequently interacts with other managers to ensure coordination of the groupâs assignments with other related activities.
