We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner at Octave. You’ll own the hunt for top technical talent across our Industry Solutions teams in the Americas. You’ll source, assess, and move fast. The goal: build a sharp, durable pipeline that keeps us ahead.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do
You’ll sit close to the business and make hiring happen. Day to day, you’ll:
- Partner tightly with hiring managers. Get clear on what “great” looks like. Then go find it.
- Source with intent. Use LinkedIn, communities, and your network to reach people who aren’t looking. Yet.
- Create roles, push them through approvals, and keep things moving in our HRIS/ATS.
- Run a clean, end-to-end process. From first touch to signed offer. No dropped balls.
- Deliver a candidate experience people remember. Fast, personal, and respectful.
- Shape job ads that pull in the right talent. Cut the noise. Say what matters.
- Navigate interviews, feedback, and offers with confidence. Close strong.
- Jump into projects that raise the bar on how we hire.
Education / Qualifications
What you bring
You’ve done this before. And you’re good at it.
- 6+ years recruiting for technical roles. You know the market and how to win in it.
- Time in both agency and in-house. You move between speed and precision without friction.
- You handle multiple reqs and stakeholders without losing clarity or pace.
- You communicate like a pro. Clear, direct, on time.
- You care about the craft. And the people in it.
- You keep things confidential. No shortcuts.
- You’re fluent in HRIS/ATS tools (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
