Responsibilities
- Creating and processing quotes and orders submitted by partner/sales team in Salesforce, Oracle CPQ and Dynamics GP
- Review purchase orders and other documents for adherence to Octave policies and procedures
- Close cooperation with sales representatives.
- Issue accurate invoices upon delivery of order and other related documents.
- Professionally communicate with internal and external customers to identify and resolve and/or escalate issues
- Performs other duties as required for the success of the department
- Able to prioritize tasks and work in multiple business systems to complete requests
- Create ad hoc reports for management

Education / Qualifications
- Very good English skills
- Strong analytical skills,
- Verbal and written communication skills,
- Microsoft Excel experience,
- Team-oriented work ethics
- Able to maintain strong working relations with staff and business partners that may be located outside the own country
- Self-motivated individual that is looking for a role that will challenge and reward.
- Ambitious and willing to learn new skills
