Responsibilities

Octave está buscando um implementation Analyst no Rio de Janeiro.

  • Administrar servidores Windows Server, Linux e soluções de virtualização da VMware Vsphere e HyperV
  • Responsável pela administração, instalação e configuração de roteadores, switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, servidores Windows e Linux, ambientes de virtualização, storages e cloud computing
  • Atender e dar suporte aos usuários para incidentes, problemas ou solicitações relacionadas a VMS
  • Monitorar proativamente o ambiente de rede utilizando ferramentas de análise de logs e monitoramento para detectar e reportar incidentes antes que impactem as soluções.
  • Analisar a viabilidade e o impacto de novas demandas na infraestrutura do sistema                          
  • Dar apoio à instalação e manutenção eventual à solução implantada
  • Diagnosticar e resolver problemas da solução incluindo configuração, desempenho e segurança.

 

Education / Qualifications

  • Requisitos:
    • Superior em Redes de Computadores, Ciência da Computação ou cursos correlatos.
    • Conhecimento em ITIL
    • Conhecimentos em roteadores, switch, firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi, servidores Windows e Linux, ambiente de virtualização, storages e cloud computing.
    • Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe.
    • Inglês intermediário
     
    Experiências desejável:
    • Implantação e administração de software VMS e integrações em:
      • Vmware vSphere, vCenter e, HyperV ou Proxmox;
      • Windows Server 2016 , 2019 e 2022 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server e IIS);
      • Linux Ubuntu ou Debian;
    • Serviços de backup de servidores;
    • Servidores de monitoramento Zabbix.
    • Suporte técnico aos usuários, solucionando incidentes e demandas relacionadas aos serviços de TI
    • Conhecimento em ISO27001
