Responsibilities

Octave is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, University & Early Careers, based in São Paulo, Brazil, to join our Americas Talent Acquisition team.

This role will focus on driving early-career talent initiatives, including university recruitment, internship programs across the Americas region, new graduate hiring, and career fair strategies. The position will also support special projects that advance Octave’s Talent Acquisition strategy.

The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting emerging talent to meaningful career opportunities, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys building relationships with students, faculty, and internal stakeholders across regions.

• Lead and manage university and early-career recruitment efforts, including internships, co-ops, and new graduate programs for the Americas region
• Plan, coordinate, and attend career fairs and campus events to build brand visibility and strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to identify early-career hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Engage with universities, student organizations, and career centers to strengthen employer presence, including organizing and participating in company-specific campus events.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for intern and graduate roles, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
• Track, analyze, and report on early-career recruiting metrics, diversity metrics, and ROI from events and campaigns.
• Support special projects and global initiatives focused on process optimization, technology enablement, and candidate experience.
• Ensure a high-touch, inclusive, and positive experience for every candidate and campus partner.

Education / Qualifications

• Strong recruiting experience , with a focus on university or early-career hiring across multiple countries.
• Demonstrated passion for university recruitment and developing early talent.
• Ability to travel for on-campus events and career fairs during seasonal recruitment periods.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with comfort engaging diverse stakeholders from students to senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced English and intermediate Spanish .
