Octave is looking to a Senior Implementation Analyst in Chile
Estamos buscando un(a) ingeniero(a) o profesional técnico para dar soporte a la herramienta Smart® Completions, brindando soporte a proyectos industriales de gran escala (oil & gas, energía, infraestructura, minería, plantas de proceso), deseado +2 años en proyectos industriales para manejar la herramienta Smart® Completions
Como AOS de Smart Completions, tendrás un rol altamente visible frente al cliente y a los equipos de proyecto. Buscamos un perfil con:Comunicación clara y efectiva con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos (ingeniería, construcción, comisionamiento, operación, TI y gerencia)
Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente
Capacidad para explicar soluciones y limitaciones de la herramienta
Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión en proyectos con fechas de arranque críticas, cambios de alcance y múltiples stakeholders
Education / Qualifications
Requisitos Técnicos
- Experiencia en proyectos industriales (oil & gas, energía, infraestructura, plantas de proceso).
- Conocimiento de procesos de completamiento, precomisionamiento y comisionamiento
- Experiencia en soporte y administración de aplicaciones en entornos corporativos (on‑premises / cloud)
Será un plus
- Experiencia previa utilizando o dando soporte a Smart® Completions
- Experiencia con otras plataformas de completamiento y comisionamiento
- Conocimiento práctico de APIs RESTful / SOAP
- Experiencia con Crystal Reports
