Responsibilities

The Senior Account Executive serves as a BricsCAD Product Specialist responsible for replacing competitive CAD solutions across EPC, industrial engineering, energy, and oil and gas organizations. This role drives enterprise software sales, competitive displacement, executive engagement, and strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities
•    Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting EPC, engineering and energy-sector organizations.
•    Lead competitive displacement initiatives against Autodesk, Bentley,  and other CAD platforms.
•    Present business value, ROI and licensing optimization strategies to executives.
•    Deliver high-level BricsCAD demonstrations and coordinate proof-of-concept projects.
•    Build relationships with engineering, operations, IT, procurement and executive stakeholders.

Education / Qualifications

Required Qualifications
•    7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
•    5+ years selling CAD, BIM, engineering or industrial software solutions.
•    Proven success selling into EPC, engineering consulting, oil and gas, utilities or industrial organizations.
•    Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and exceeding sales quotas.
Industry Expertise
•    Process plant design, pipelines, facilities engineering, refining and petrochemical operations.
•    DWG workflows, BIM methodologies and engineering document management.
•    Knowledge of Autodesk, Bentley, Hexagon, AVEVA, Siemens, PTC or similar ecosystems.
Success Metrics
•    Annual quota attainment and revenue growth.
•    Competitive replacement wins and market-share expansion.
•    New customer acquisition and enterprise account growth.
•    Customer adoption, renewals and reference development.
