Responsibilities
Octave is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst within our Americas group.
- Works directly with client, providing creative solutions to customer application needs
- Provide consulting services such as solution configuration, best practices implementation strategies, automation/customization and integration with other applications.
- Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
- Possesses strong communication's interpersonal skills reinforce developing relationship with stakeholders.
- Accurately document support activities to solve problem, maintaining knowledge base updated.
- Regularly interacts with solution development, global team support and product ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss design issues, and provide customer feedback.
Education / Qualifications
- Keep in touch with team members and support them in solving problems;
- Keep in touch with the support and service team, provide information to help them find solutions
- Knowledge in creation how-to guides, tutorials, reference docs, system docs, and release notes.
- Familiar with writing of SQL Statements;
- Knowledge about Intergraph Smart® 3D;
- Engineering or any other technical bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge about Intergraph Smart Foundation is a plus;
- Knowledge about Intergraph Smart® Suite a plus;

Familiar with Database Administration (Oracle, MSSQL) is a plus
- Implementation of projects and solutions.
- Experience in Engineering Project and Solution Implementation
- Business analysis consultant.
- Automation of processes and routines
- Analysis and preparation of documentation
- Ability to learn and work with system and tools
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Motivated to challenges and to learn

- Spanish is a plus;
