Voor een aankomend project binnen de publieke veiligheidssector zijn wij op zoek naar een (Senior) Implementatieconsultant om ons team te versterken.
In deze rol vorm je de brug tussen de behoeften van de klant en onze oplossingen voor openbare veiligheid. Je werkt nauw samen met organisaties binnen de hulpdiensten en vertaalt bedrijfsprocessen, operationele behoeften en technische vereisten naar effectieve oplossingen met behulp van ons webgebaseerde portfolio voor meldkamer-, aanname- en dispatchsoftware.
Je bent betrokken gedurende de volledige projectlevenscyclus, van oplossingsontwerp en configuratie tot integratie, testen, implementatie, training en ondersteuning van klanten.
Als Senior Implementatieconsultant bied je daarnaast technische leiding binnen complexe projecten, begeleid je minder ervaren collega's en fungeer je als een vertrouwde adviseur voor klanten. Je werkt samen met lokale en internationale teams, waaronder Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, partners en klanten.

For an upcoming project within the public safety sector, we are looking for a (Senior) Implementation Consultant to strengthen our team.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between customer requirements and our public safety solutions. Working closely with emergency service organizations, you will translate business processes, operational needs, and technical requirements into effective solutions using our web-based call taking and dispatching software portfolio.
You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design and configuration through integration, testing, deployment, training, and customer support.
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will additionally provide technical leadership on complex projects, guide less experienced team members, and act as a trusted advisor to customers. You will collaborate with local and international teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute implementation and integration activities from design through deployment.
• Work closely with customers and partners to understand business processes, requirements, workflows, and data structures.
• Configure and customize solutions to meet functional and technical requirements.
• Design and implement integrations with customer systems, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Conduct and oversee system, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation and integration issues, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams where required.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including functional designs, configuration standards, integration specifications, and testing documentation.
• Deliver customer training and knowledge transfer sessions to support successful solution adoption.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including technical scoping, demonstrations, solution design discussions, and proposal support.
• Ensure adherence to customer service level objectives and support contract commitments.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling where appropriate.
Additional Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership for complex implementation and integration projects.
• Mentor and coach less experienced consultants on methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Support customer architecture discussions and strategic technical decisions.
• Provide expert feedback to Product, Engineering, and Services teams to continuously improve solutions and delivery approaches.

Education / Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Dutch and English language proficiency.
• Valid driving licence.
• Knowledge of:
o Databases and SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
o Web technologies and services
o Azure DevOps
o JSON, XML, HTML and scripting languages such as PowerShell
Preferred
• Experience within Public Safety, Emergency Services, Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance, or Civil Protection environments.
• Knowledge of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), GIS, Radio, or Telephony solutions.
• Experience with operating systems administration (Windows Server and Desktop).
• Knowledge of JavaScript and React.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
Security Clearance Requirement
Due to the nature of our customers and projects, successful candidates must be eligible to obtain access authorization for high-security sites and provide evidence of a clean criminal record. This is a mandatory requirement for employment within our Public Safety business.
