Responsibilities

Octave is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build and drive a high-impact talent strategy across our Sales and Services organization in the Americas. This role is critical in enabling business growth by delivering top talent, influencing hiring decisions, and creating a best-in-class recruiting experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Partner with hiring leaders to understand business objectives, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruiting strategies 
•    Own the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition creation through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination 
•    Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and market engagement 
•    Manage a high-volume portfolio of roles across Sales and Services functions with a focus on quality and speed 
•    Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience 
•    Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and candidate assessment 
•    Leverage data and insights to drive decisions, improve hiring outcomes, and influence stakeholders 
•    Create and manage job requisitions within HRIS/ATS systems, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance 
•    Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives

Education / Qualifications

•    8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales and Services roles within a software or SaaS organization 
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred 
•    Experience in both corporate and agency/search firm environments strongly preferred 
•    Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment 
•    Strong systems proficiency as well as experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter 
•    Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels 
•    High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information 
•    Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a global team 
•    Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
