Job Overview
Octave is looking for a Contracts Renewal Administrator for the APAC region on a 6-month contract, based in Singapore or Malaysia. In this role, you will take ownership of order processing, contract renewals, upselling, and closing maintenance, SaaS, and license contracts for assigned accounts or regions, playing a key part in driving growth and strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate efficient and accurate processing of orders.
- Manage all maintenance and renewal processes spanning maintenance renewals and related reporting, customer database management, generation of license keys and quick order processing.
- Provide information to customers that they need to renew their software agreement without delay.
- Renewal of contracts.
- Keep accurate records for all Accounts within the Octave and CRM system.
- Maintain contracts registered.
- Distribution of all Octave software orders. Work directly with the customer to ensure their order is shipped to them without delay.
- Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements.
- Maintain account team relationships and transfers leads as appropriate.
Education / Qualifications
- English - Business level (mainly email and conversation are welcome)
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Willing to learn with strong administrative skills.
- Meticulous, able to engage with stakeholders, self-driven, team player.
- Proficient in Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and PowerPoint
- A dedicated and committed individual that can build good interpersonal relationships.
Skills and Abilities Essentials
- Excellent Administration skills – excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use well-developed communication and social skills to persuade and influence the views of potential clients.
- Ability to deal with clients at all levels, identify client needs and translate those needs into complete solutions for Octave products and services.
- Ability to adapt readily to changes in customer requirements.
- Builds rapport with customers on a regular basis and cultivates work-related personal relationships.
