We’re growing our Octave Geospatial team across APAC for the long run. Our customers rely on local expertise, and sharp specialists make the difference.
As a Presales Solution Consultant, you’ll lead the technical conversation across Southeast Asia. You’ll guide prospects, shape smart solutions, and show what’s possible across commercial and government work. You’ll stay close to our HQ and presales teams while partnering across ASEAN and the wider APAC region. You’ll be based in Singapore, right at the centre of our regional work.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Lead presales conversations across Southeast Asia as the go‑to geospatial specialist.
- Present Octave Geospatial solutions clearly, tailoring each story to real customer needs.
- Run product training, technical sessions, and proof‑of‑concepts that make value tangible.
- Build deep, hands‑on knowledge of the Octave Geospatial portfolio.
- Partner closely with sales and marketing to support qualified opportunities.
- Support partners as they design and deploy solutions using our products.
- Stay active in the geospatial community to grow visibility with professionals and students.
- Act as the primary presales contact for ASEAN, collaborating across APAC and globally.
- Share customer and partner insights with product teams to help shape what comes next.
Education / Qualifications
What you’ll bring
- At least five years’ experience in geospatial analysis or geospatial science roles.
- A strong technical foundation in geospatial work, with hands‑on experience designing, modelling, analysing, and building complex datasets and solutions.
- Solid domain knowledge across remote sensing, photogrammetry, GIS, and image analysis.
- Real curiosity about applying geospatial skills to solve practical business problems.
- Clear, confident communication—written, verbal, and in front of a room.
- A motivated, adaptable mindset and the confidence to work across teams and contexts.
- Fluency in English, with an ASEAN language as a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel, up to 30% of your time.
- Experience in presales or solution architecture, plus familiarity with Octave Geospatial products, as a bonus.
