About the role:
Responsibilities

Partnering with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle

Delivering engaging product demonstrations of our Quality Management solutions to prospective customers

Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into tailored solution proposals

Supporting the preparation of RFP responses and technical documentation

Acting as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal technical teams

Supporting Proof-of-Concept trials and evaluations for prospective customers
-
Assisting in developing service proposals and solution recommendations

Staying current with industry trends, technology developments, and product capabilities
Education / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value

Detail-oriented and highly organized
-
Willingness to travel as required
