We are looking for a Solution Engineer – QMS who is passionate about technology and enjoys working closely with customers to solve real business challenges. In this role, you will partner with our sales team as a trusted technical advisor, demonstrating how our Quality Management solutions help customers achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

As a Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process and helping customers understand the value of our solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Partnering with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
  • Delivering engaging product demonstrations of our Quality Management solutions to prospective customers
  • Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into tailored solution proposals
  • Supporting the preparation of RFP responses and technical documentation
  • Acting as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal technical teams
  • Supporting Proof-of-Concept trials and evaluations for prospective customers
  • Assisting in developing service proposals and solution recommendations
  • Staying current with industry trends, technology developments, and product capabilities
This role may involve travel to customer sites and meetings as required.

Education / Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is both technically capable and comfortable engaging with customers.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Willingness to travel as required
