Responsibilities
- Support payroll processing activities for assigned EMEA countries in cooperation with payroll providers, local HR teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Collect, validate, and maintain payroll input data, ensuring timely and accurate processing, using Excel-based tools for data management and validation.
- Review payroll reports and support payroll calculations, corrections, employee queries, and month-end activities.
- Prepare and process payroll-related payments in accordance with established procedures and controls.
- Assist with payroll reconciliations and data validation activities to ensure payroll accuracy, using Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Support compliance activities by following payroll procedures, controls, and local regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, employees, and payroll vendors to resolve day-to-day payroll issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support basic payroll automation efforts (e.g., Excel formulas, templates, and reporting automation).
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation and support continuous improvement of payroll processes.

Education / Qualifications
- 2–4 years of payroll, HR administration, finance operations, or related experience.
- Understanding of payroll processes, payroll controls, and statutory requirements.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., basic formulas, data sorting, reporting; PivotTables considered an asset).
- Experience working with payroll systems and data handling tools.
- Exposure to automation or efficiency improvements in Excel-based processes would be an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Polish is required.
- Knowledge of an additional European language (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or Czech) would be considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
