Responsibilities

Octave is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive new enterprise software sales across target industries such as Automotive, Telecom, Datacenters, Facilities Management, and Transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Sell Octave’s Enterprise Applications and Cloud/SaaS solutions
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, partners, and industry contacts
  • Manage complex sales cycles with internal teams and partners
  • Execute sales campaigns, cold calling, and networking activities
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and exceed sales targets

Education / Qualifications

  • 3+ years of enterprise application sales experience
  • Experience selling complex solutions; EAM experience is a plus
  • Strong hunter mindset and proven ability to win new logos
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and executive communication skills
  • Knowledge of Cloud/SaaS solutions
  • Fluent Japanese & Business-level English required
