Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
- Pipeline Growth: Support the development of the solution pipeline across the APAC region.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Drive the adoption of GTM and Enablement Packages (EP), ensuring IM solutions are integrated effectively into regional sales strategies.
- Value Articulation: Translate technical features into tangible business outcomes for prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Sales Enablement: Train local sales teams and partners on product messaging & key differentiators.
- Marketing Collaboration: Deliver key campaigns and presentations for trade shows, seminars, and user conferences.
Technical Pre-Sales & SME Leadership
- Technical Lead: Act as the central point of contact for product related queries in APAC.
- Solution Design: Architect technical solutions that align with customer requirements and system architecture needs.
- Demonstrations & POCs: Develop repeatable demonstration content and lead high-impact Proof of Concepts (PoCs) or Pilots.
- Proposal Support: Provide technical content, estimates, and responses for tenders and RFxs.
- Product Liaison: Collaborate with Product Managers to influence product direction based on field requirements and maintain deep product knowledge.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Services teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer from the sales phase to project delivery.

Education / Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A strong academic background in a technical or business discipline.
- Japanese: Business level or higher. You must be comfortable leading a technical meeting and writing professional correspondence in Japanese.
- The Consultant Mindset: You have ~5 years of experience in technical consulting, IT advisory, technical pre-sales or business analysis. You know how to manage a project, lead a meeting, and handle "tough" stakeholder questions.
- Aptitude over Domain: It’s good to have Industry knowledge of Oil & Gas/ Manufacturing / Power Generation / Construction but not mandatory. You need a high "Digital IQ" and the ability to learn complex software ecosystems rapidly.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Cloud interoperability (RESTful APIs, client/server, and web technologies).
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and a drive to stay ahead of emerging technology trends.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for C-suite stakeholders.
- Project Skills: Strong analytical, estimation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Experience
We hire for talent and attitude first. Experience in the following is a "nice to have," not a dealbreaker:
- Industries: Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, or Manufacturing.
- Concepts: Digital Twins, Digital Transformation, or Asset Lifecycle Management.
- Systems: Enterprise Information Management (EIM), ERP (SAP/Oracle), or Operations Management Systems.
